Healthy Yogurt Granola Parfait

Happy October!

This parfait was super easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • A 16 oz tall glass

  • Approx. 1 cup of sliced strawberries…give or take as needed

  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt

  • 1/4 c sliced banana

  • 1/4 coconut almond granola, or granola flavor of your choice

Directions:

  1. Slice up some fresh organic strawberries

  2. Place them in the bottom of a glass

  3. Add a layer of vanilla yogurt

  4. Add a layer of sliced banana

  5. Add a layer of granola

  6. Add another layer of yogurt

  7. Top it with more sliced strawberries!
