RECIPE: Purple Superfood Smoothie

Pretty excited about my new favorite smoothie! I mean I’m in love with this color?! 💜😻

When I have a busy day I have to remember to eat and eat *well* so I can stay on task and have energy! This smoothie fits the nutritional bill and tastes like heaven. 🙌🏽

You can play with the ratios as you see fit but here are the ingredients.

  • 2 Cups Coconut water
  • 1/4 Cup Young coconut “meat”
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 Scoop of Young Living Balance Complete Protein Powder (or your favorite protein powder)
  • 1 tsp Blue Majik Spirulina
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Pitaya
  • 1 tsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Açaí Powder
  • And LOTS of love!

Blend and top with more young coconut meat and a few fresh blueberries or fruit of your choice and ENJOY!
