Hi Everyone! Since it's springtime and all of the beautiful blooms around us are abundantly filling the air with pollens, though I'd share a simple recipe to help support your sinus health so you can breathe a little easier and enjoy the season!

Supplies/What You'll Need

Nasal-Spray-Bottle.jpg

  • Sinus sprayer bottle - I purchase mine from
  • Sea Salt
  • Distilled Water
  • Lavender Young Living essential oil
  • Frankincense Young Living essential oil

Recipe

  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 6 drops Lavender
  • 4 drops of Frankincense

Directions

  1. Remove top from sinus sprayer bottle
  2. Add a pinch (about a 1/8 of a teaspoon) into the bottle
  3. Add Lavender and Frankincense essential oils to bottle (use recipe from above).
  4. Let oils sit in salt for a few minutes to allow for emulsification. NOTE: This ensures that the essential oils will disperse evenly when you add water as opposed to separating and rising to the top.
  5. Add distilled water to sprayer bottle. NOTE: Don't overfill the bottle, make sure to leave little extra room at the top of the bottle to account for the sprayer tube.
  6. Give it a little shake and you've got yourself a sinus support spray to help you breathe easier during spring, summer or whenever the weather calls for it!
