Epic Fall Inspired Granola Recipe

This granola recipe is so yummy that I just eat it straight out of the jar as a snack! I also love it with our homemade almond milk and sliced peaches, nectarines, bananas or a handful of fresh organic berries! 

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats 

  • 1 cup chopped almonds (or other nuts)

  • 1 cup spelt flour 

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend 

  • 1 toothpick dip Cardamom Vitality essential oil (Young Living)

Wet Ingredients

  • 3/4 c maple syrup 

  • 2/4 c safflower oil 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Prep Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

  • Place wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk

  • Combine dry & wet ingredients

  • Place on an oiled baking sheet

  • Bake 30 minutes stirring occasionally

  • Remove and let sit for a few minutes to crisp up
